Due to the inclement weather and worsening road conditions, all HPSD buses are taking students home early. Buses will be departing the schools at noon (12:30 pm for Slave Lake schools).
Division staff are contacting families regarding this time change for our bus routes. If you have not received a call yet from your child’s school or bus driver, please contact your child’s school to confirm that someone will be home.
Schools will remain open.
The inclement weather we are experiencing this year has been significantly more than in previous years. The decisions to run, cancel, and send buses home early are made with the best information at the time. As always, we are trying to preserve as much instructional time as possible due to significant time missed this semester. We want to thank all families for their support.
