Schulich Leader Scholarships nominee Aamina Saleem has been selected as Roland Michener Secondary School’s 2026 graduating class nominee.
The prestigious scholarship program recognizes entrepreneurial-minded high school graduates who plan to pursue studies in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) at one of 20 partner universities across Canada.
Aamina was selected in recognition of her exceptional academic achievement and dedication throughout her Grade 12 year. Each high school in Canada may nominate one graduating student annually for the scholarship opportunity.
The Schulich Leader Scholarships are considered among Canada’s most prestigious undergraduate STEM scholarships, with 100 awards presented each year. Engineering scholarships are valued at $120,000, while science and math scholarships are valued at $100,000.
