Alberta Education is conducting its annual education surveys with all parents and guardians of students in Grades 4, 7, and 10 and those in schools with fewer than 120 students in Grades 4-12. The survey gathers information on the quality of education provided by school authorities and their schools. The results are provided to each school and school authority to: 

  • Develop their education plans; 
  • Report in their annual education results reports; and 
  • Evaluate school and school authority performance on Alberta Education Assurance survey measures. 

 

Parents and guardians will be mailed a random access code (RAC) to access the online survey from Alberta Education. Mailing of the parent survey packages will start the week of February 23. You can access the online survey by going to the URL listed in the survey package, or you can go to hpsd.ca/survey to enter your RAC and complete the survey. The deadline for completing these surveys is March 25, 2022.

 

Your survey responses will be recorded once you complete the survey and click the submit button. You will receive the following on-screen message once your response has been recorded:

 

"Thank you for your time and assistance with this survey."
